Mike Callahan

Drawing on nearly 20 years of capital markets experience, Mike helps executive teams develop clear, compelling financial narratives that drive investor engagement, valuation premium, and long-term credibility.

Prior to founding Vantage Point IR in April 2024, Mike spent more than a decade at ICR, where he served as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Industrials Practice. There, he led advisory teams supporting over 20 public companies and overseeing all aspects of IR programming.

Mike was recognized as the #1 Aerospace & Defense equity analyst by The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and Starmine, with additional research experience at Auriga USA, CapStone Investments, Dearborn Partners, and William Blair.

James Palczynski

With three decades of experience spanning investor relations, equity research, and corporate strategy, James brings a deeply analytical and highly disciplined approach to financial communications.

Prior to joining Vantage Point, James led Rhetoric Strategies, a strategic communications consultancy he founded in 2021 to help companies craft persuasive narratives grounded in science-based best practices and an acute understanding of capital markets behavior.

James spent nearly two decades at ICR, where he was a Partner and senior advisor to companies across the consumer, industrial, and aerospace & defense sectors. James began his career as an equity research analyst at Needham & Co. and Ladenburg Thalmann.
